AN ACT to compensate Edward W. Belt, State's
Attorney for Prince George's county, for profes-
sional services rendered to the State of Maryland
. under an act of the General Assembly of Mary-
land passed at January session eighteen hun-
dred and sixty, chapter three hundred and twen-
ty-six.

Comptroller
to issue war-
rant.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is
hereby directed to issue his warrant on the Treas-
urer to pay Edward W. Belt, or his order, the sum
of two hundred dollars for professional services
rendered the State of Maryland under an act of
the General Assembly, passed at January session,
eighteen hundred and sixty, chapter three hun-
dred and twenty-six.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the passage thereof.
|

AN ACT to repeal section seventy-five, Article
seventeen, of the Public Local Laws, entitled,
"Queen Ann's county," and section one, Article
seventeen of the supplement, and re-enact the
same with amendments.

Repealed.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Mainland, That section seventy-five, Article
seventeen of the Public Local Laws, entitled,
"Queen Ann's county," and section one, Article
seventeen of the supplement, be and the same is
hereby repealed.
