or intended so to be, unto the grantee, his heirs
and assigns in manner aforesaid, as by the gran-
tee, his heirs and assigns, or his or their counsel,
learned in the law, shall be reasonably devised,
advised or required.

Sec. 9. And be it enacted, That all deeds which
have been heretofore executed in pursuance of the
provisions hereinbefore contained, shall be valid
and effectual as if the covenants in said deeds had
been expressed therein, in full.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners
of Queen Ann's county to levy a sum of money
on the assessable property of said county to keep
in repair the roads or streets in the town of Cen-
treville, and to give the Commissioners of said
town the control thereof.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the following section be added
to the Public Local Laws, entitled, "Queen Ann's
county," as section A, severity-five, Article sev-
enteen.

Sec. 75. A. The County, Commissioners of
Queen Ann's county may levy on the assessable
property of Queen Ann's county, for the use of the
Commissioners of the town of Centreville, annu-
ally, such sum of money as in their judgment may
be just and equitable, to assist the said Town Com-
missioners to keep the roads and streets in said
town in proper repair and order, the same to be
paid to the proper officer of the Town Commis-
sioners, who are hereby invested with the control
thereof.

take effect from its, passage.
