CHAPTER 227.

AN ACT to repeal section forty-six, Article sixth,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the forty-sixth section [section]
of the sixth Article of the Code of Public Local
Laws, fixing the per diem and mileage of the
County Commissioners of Caroline county, be and
the same is hereby repealed.
|
Repealed.
|
|
Sec. 2. Be it enacted, That the said County
Commissioners shall each be entitled to two dollars
for each day's attendance, and five cents a mile for
every mile his residence is distant from Denton,
such mileage to be computed for each day's at-
tendance.
|
Compensation.
|
|
Sec. 3. Be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
