AN ACT to refund to Brevard and Dirickson, of
Worcester county, the sum of seven dollars and
fifty cents, erroneously paid by them into the
Treasury of Maryland.

to pay.
|
SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer, upon the war-
rant of the Comptroller, is hereby authorized and
required to pay to Brevard and Dirickson, of Wor-
cester county, seven dollars and fifty cents, erro-
neously paid by said Brevard and Dirickson into
the Treasury.
