AN ACT to authorize the Commissioners of Bal-
timore county to pay such sum as shall be ne-
cessary to supply the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore county, with Record Books,
and to levy therefor.

Authorized
to pay.
|
SECTION. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Commissioners of Bal-
timore county be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to pay to the Register of Wills for
Baltimore county, such sum of money not exceed-
ing three hundred dollars as shall appear to them,
upon exhibit of a certificate signed by the Judges
of the Orphans' Court of Baltimore county, to have
been actually laid out and expended by the said
Register of Wills, for the supply to his office of
proper books of record for the safe preservation of
copies of all the original papers now required by
law to be recorded in said office, and the said
Commissioners are hereby authorized and directed
to levy for said amount.
