AN ACT to authorize the Trustees of Primary
School District number fifty-nine, of Frederick
6ounty, to hold certain real estate heretofore
conveyed by Cordelia H. Downey for the use of
a Public School, &c.

Preamble.
|
WHEREAS, Cordelia H. Dorsey, formerly Corde-
lia H. Downey, and the Trustees of Central School
of Frederick county, have by their petition prayed
the General Assembly of Maryland to pass an act
vesting in the Trustees of Primary School District
number fifty-nine, in Frederick county, the title
to so much of the lot of land heretofore deeded by
Cordelia H. Downey, (for a public school and
place of religious worship, and held and used by
the Trustees of Central School of Frederick county
for such purposes,) as was occupied by the former
school house, together with the right of way
thereto, and the right to use the water from the
spring belonging to the lands now held by the
Trustees of Central School of Frederick county;
therefore,

Vested in fee
simple.
|
SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the title to the land upon
which the former school house was built, together
with the right of way thereto from the public road
heretofore deeded by Cordelia H. Downey, and
also the right to use water from the spring on the
land now held by the Trustees of Central School
of Frederick county, be and the same is hereby
vested in fee simple in the Trustees of Primary
School District number fifty-nine, of Frederick
