hereby directed to issue his warrant upon the Trea-
surer to pay W. W. Watkins, or order, two hun-
dred and seventy-two dollars and ninety cents, for
costs due from the State; to pay Susan McNamara,
or order, fifty dollars, for license paid by her hus-
band as wood corder in city of Baltimore; to pay
Joseph Shaffer or order ninety-nine dollars and sev-
enty-five cents, for money erroneously paid into the
Treasury; to pay Michael H. Haller, or order, forty
dollars for services rendered by order of the Gov-
ernor; to pay Thomas H. Martin, or order, fifty
dollars, for commission paid by him as Inspector
of Grain; to pay Judge Tuck, or order, fifty dollars
for legal services rendered the State; to pay Wil-
liam A. Stewart, administrator of W. O. Eichel-
berger, or order, twenty-two dollars and sixty-four
cents, for taxes paid in error; to pay George E. Gam-
brill, or order, fifty-two dollars, for taking care of
papers and books of the Court of Appeals; to pay
David Oswala, or order, twenty dollars and three
cents, for money erroneously paid into the Treasu-
ry; to pay Joseph Oneal, or order, one hundred
and one dollars and thirty-one cents, for money
erroneously paid into the Treasury; to pay J. P.
Ijams, Sheriff of Howard county, or order, fifty-
eight dollars and seventy-five cents for costs of
Court due him by the State; to pay Daniel M.
Moore, or order, three hundred dollars, for extra
services rendered as Chief Clerk to the Comptroller;
to pay Job Haines, or order, five hundred dollars,
for extra services rendered as Assistant Clerk to
the Comptroller; to pay William Camden, or order,
three hundred dollars for extra services rendered
as Clerk to the State Treasurer; to pay Julia Git-
tings, administratrix of Thomas E. Gittings, or
order, one hundred and twenty-seven dollars and
sixty cents, for taxes erroneously paid into the State
Treasury; to pay James W. Saulsbury, or order,
thirteen dollars and five cents, for fees due from
the State; to pay Thomas S. Saulsbury, late She-
riff' of Caroline county, or order, two hundred and
eleven dollars and twenty-five cents, for fees due
from the State; to pay John Sullivan, or order,
fifty dollars for taking care of House of Delegates
during recess of the Legislature.
