AN ACT, for the relief of William Bryan, and
others, sureties upon the official bonds of Francis
N. Daley, Collector of State taxes in the third col-
lection district of Anne Arundel county, for the
years eighteen hundred and forty-nine and eigh-
teen hundred and fifty.

from payment
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That William Bryan, John E. Stalker
and others, sureties upon the official bonds of
Francis N. Daley, Collector of State taxes for the
third collection district of Anne Arundel county,
for the years eighteen hundred and forty-nine
and eighteen hundred and fifty, be and they are
hereby, released from the payment of the interest
due by said Daley, as Collector aforesaid, and said
William Bryan, John E. Stalker and others as his
sureties.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from and after the date of its passage.
