Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the day of its passage.

CHAPTER 166.

 

AN ACT, to authorize Joshua Stokes, John A.
Martin and Joseph Willhide, Trustees of Primary
School District number thirty two, in Frederick
county, or their successors in office; to sell and con-
vey the Primary School House in North street,
Mechanicstown, and apply the funds to rebuild
ing or in repairing a school-house in said town.

Passed Feb.
18, 1864.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Joshua Stokes, John A. Mar-
tin and Joseph Willhide; (Trustees of Prima-
ry School District number thirty-two,) or their
successors in office, are hereby fully authorized to
sell and convey the aforesaid school-house and lot
or lots, and to apply the funds arising from the
sale, in rebuilding or repairing the other prima-
ry school-house in, said town.
