AN ACT, to 'repeal section one hundred And
eighty-six of article twenty, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, relating to Sheriff's fees.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That section one hundred and
eighty-six, of "article twenty of the Public Local
Laws, be and the same is hereby repealed, and that
the following be enacted as a substitute there
fore :

Sec. 2. — 186. He shall have and receive eight
per cent, commission for the collection of Officer's
and Attorney's fees.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted. That this act shall
take effect from, and after its passage.

CHAPTER 150.

AN ACT to authorize the Register of Wills of
Caroline county to copy a certain record in his
office into a well bound book, to be kept and
used as one of the Will Record Books of Caroline
county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Register of Wills for Caro-
line county be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to copy or have copied into a well-bound
book, the records of his office continued in Liber
J. R., number B, of the Will Records for Caroline
county.

Sec. 2. Be it enacted, That the record so copied
shall be as valid and effective in law, in all re-
spects and for all purposes, as the original records,
and shall be designated as the " Original Re-
cords."
