may from time to time substitute new bonds for
those already issued.

AN ACT to empower the Commissioners of Kent
county to charge an annual rent for the use of
the County Wharf, situated on Grays Inn Creek
in said county.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Commissioners of Kent
county, are authorized and empowered to charge
rent or wharfage for the use of the County Wharf
situated on the head waters of Grays Inn Creek, in
said county.

Money to be
applied to re-
pair wharf.

Sec. 2. Be it enacted. That so much of the
money received as rent for said wharf as may be
necessary to keep it in good repair shall be applied
to that purpose, and the balance if any, shall be-
long to the county and be under the control of the
Commissioners.

Sec. 3. Be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
