No. 171. An act to incorporate the Gwynn's Falls Railroad
Company.
No. 172. An act to incorporate the Warren Manufacturing
Company of Baltimore county.
No. 173. An act to amend Article eleven of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled, "Frederick County."
No. 174. An act relating to the registration of the voters
of the State.
No. 175, An act to make valid the acts of the Burgess and
Commissioners of Middletown, Frederick county, Maryland,
in levying a tax to pay the requisition made by Gen'1 Early
upon the citizens of said town in July, eighteen hundred and
sixty-four, and to authorize the collection of the same.
No. 176. An act to amend section twenty, Article four of
Public Local Laws, and to re-enact the same so as to read as
follows.
No. 177. An act to amend the charter of the Western
Maryland Railroad Company, so as to give to the city of
Baltimore two Directors therein.
No. 178. An act appropriating the interest to be received
from the sale of the scrip donated by the United State's to the
State of Maryland for the benefit of Agriculture, by the act
of Congress, approved second session, eighteen hundred and
sixty-four, and to amend the charter of the Maryland Agri-
cultural College by adding additional members to the Board
of Trustees.
No. 179. An act to create and incorporate the Monocacy
and Montgomery Turnpike Company.
No. 180. An act to exempt from taxation the property of
the General Workingmen's Relief Society, and the General
Workingmen's Sick Relief Union Charitable and Beneficial
Societies of the .city of Baltimore.
Np. 181. An act to repeal Article seventy-one of the Code
of Public General Laws, entitled, "Oysters," regulating the
taking and catching of oysters within the waters of this State
and to re-enact the same with amendments thereto.
No. 182. An act to appropriate a sum of money to pay the
balance for repairing and refurnishing the court room and
Clerk's office of the Court of Appeals.
