No. 158. An act to alter and change the name of Robert
McEldowney, of Baltimore city, to that of Robert Levering.

No. 159. An act to add an additional Article to the Code
of Public General Laws, titled, "Registration."

No. 160. An act to establish a uniform system of Public
Instruction for the State of Maryland.

No. 161. An act to repeal section one hundred and eight of
Article seventeen of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled,
"Queen Anne's County," and enact in lieu thereof the fol-
lowing, relating to public roads and gates.

No. 162. An act to add additional sections to Article ninety-
three of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled, "Testa-
mentary Law," to come in after section three hundred and
twenty-eight of said Article.

No. 163. An act to add additional sections to the fourth
Article of the Code of Public Local Laws, in relation to
horses and carriages kept at livery in the city of Baltimore.

No. 164. An act to appropriate a sum of money to pay the
claims of John Sullivan, J. E. & G. Munroe, H. S. Shryock &
Son, George M. Taylor, John Murphy & Co., William Price,
James Revell.

No. 165, An act to repeal section four hundred and thirteen
of Article four of the Code of Public Local Laws of the city
of Baltimore, entitled, "Hay and Straw/' and to re-enact the
same with an amendment.

No. 166. An act to repeal sections one to eighty-one inclu-
sive, and sections eighty-three to ninety-four inclusive, of
Article sixty-six of the Code of Public Laws, entitled,
"Negroes."

No. 167. An act amendatory of the act of eighteen hundred
and sixty-four, chapter two hundred and eighty-nine, entitled,
"An act to incorporate the Franklin and Powhattan Passen-
ger Railway Company."

No. 168. An act supplementary to an act entitled, "An act
making appropriations for the support of the Government for
the year ending on the first day of January, eighteen hundred
and sixty-six."

No. 169. An act to regulate and make uniform the compen-
sation of the Judges of the Orphans' Courts of the several
counties and the city of Baltimore.

No. 170. An act to compensate Richard C. Hardesty,
Administrator of George W. Sherwood, deceased, late Clerk
