No. 71. An act to authorize the County Commissioners of
Anne Arundel county, to allow the Sheriff of said county
additional compensation for boarding prisoners.

No. 72. An act to incorporate the Baltimore and Herring
Run Passenger Railway Company.

No. 73. An act appropriating a sum of money to pay
Thomas S. Alexander and James Revell, for professional
service's rendered the State.

No. 74. An act to repeal section three hundred and ten of
Article eleven, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled,
"Frederick county," and to re-enact the same with an amend-
ment.

No. 75. An act to enable the directors of the Maryland
Institution for the instruction of the blind, to erect suitable
buildings and to repeal section five of Article thirty-three
of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled, "Indigent
Blind," and re-enact the same with amendment.

No. 76. An act to amend the fifty-sixth Article of the
Code of Public General Laws relating to licenses.

No. 77. An act to incorporate the Spruce Hill Coal Com-
pany of Allegany county.

No. 78. An act to amend and re-enact the sixteenth section
of the fiftieth Article of the Code of Public General Laws,
relating to the pay of Jurors, and to repeal all Local Laws
on the subject of the pay of Jurors.

No. 79. An act to regulate and make uniform the fees of
Justices of the Peace.

No. 80. An act to make appropriation to pay the plaintiff's
costs, in the case of the State of Maryland, against the Pres-
ident, managers and Company of the Washington and Balti-
more Turnpike road.

No. 81. An'act to authorized James A. Bond, administra-
tor of Thomas J. Hutchins, late Sheriff of Calvert county,
to collect the fees due the said Hutchins as Sheriff as aforesaid.

No. 82. An act to incorporate the Washington Fire Insur-
ance Company of Baltimore.

No. 83. An act to incorporate the Corn and Flour Exchange
of the city of Baltimore.
