Council of Hagerstown.

No. 60. An act to repeal sections one hundred and thirty-
nine, one hundred and forty, one hundred and forty-one, one
hundred and forty-two, one hundred and forty-three, one
hundred and forty-four, one hundred and forty-five, one hun-
dred and forty-six, one hundred and forty-seven and one hun-
dred and forty-eight, of the Code of Public Local Laws for
Somersst county relating to retailers.

No. 61. An act to amend and continue in force an act
entitled, "an act to incorporate the North Branch Com-
pany," passed at the session of the General Assembly, begun
and held on the fifth day of January, eignteen hundred and
fifty-three, chapter one hundred and eight.
