No. 84. An act to amend an act passed March session
eighteen hundred and sixty-two, chapter two hundred and
seventy-three (273) entitled, an act to incorporate the Elk-
ridge Landing Bridge Company.

No. 85. An act to amend Article twenty-eight of the Code
of Public General Laws relating to County Commissioners.

No. 86. An act to incorporate the town of Templeville in
Caroline and Queen Anne's counties.

No. 87. An act to amend and re-enact sections fifty-five
and fifty-eight of Article second of the Code of Public Local
Laws relating to the sale of spirituous liquors to minors and
pensions of color in the city of Annapolis.

No. 88. An act to incorporate the Maryland Petroleum and
Oil Company.

No. 89. An act to appropriate a sum of money to compen-
sate Edwin H. Webster, Charles E. Phelps, Alexander Ran-
dall, Grayson Eichelberger and Dr. Thomas King Carroll,
for services rendered as Commissioners to re-organize the
Militia of the State under the appointment of Gov. A. W.
Bradford.

No. 90. An act to repeal sections one hundred and forty,
one hundred and forty-one, one hundred and forty-two and
one hundred and forty-three, of Article four of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Baltimore city, relating to Hackney
Carirages, and enact other sections in lieu of the sections
so repealed.

No. 91. An act to amend and re-enact the sixth section of
the fifth Article of the Code of Public General Laws, and the
twentieth section of the forty-eighth Article of said Code,
relating to appeals in cases in insolvency.

No. 92. An act to incorporate the President and Directors
of the Ben Franklin Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore
Maryland.

No. 93. An act to amend and re-enact section twenty-three
of Article twelve of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating
to the time of holding the terms of the Circuit Court for
Harford county.

No. 94. An act to assist Simon J. Martenet in the comple-
tion and publication of his map of Maryland.

No. 95. An act to change the name of Rev. John Schilling,
formerly of Allegany county, to John Griffith Shilling.
