thousand nine hundred and nineteen dollars and
sixty-two cents claim against Henry S. Sander-
son, Sheriff of Baltimore county in eighteen hun-
dred and thirty-six, for four hundred and sixty-
seven dollars, and ninety-nine cents; claim against
Preston McComas, Sheriff of Harford county in
eighteen hundred and thirty-five and eighteen
hundred and thirty-six, for sixty-nine dollars and

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to provide for regulating the relation of
Creditor and Debtor between the State and the
Susquehanna and Tide Water Canal Companies.
