Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect when the same shall be accepted by a
majority in interest of the stockholders of said
company, represented in person or by proxy,
at a meeting to take place, on notice given by the
President and Directors for two weeks at least, in
two or more daily papers of the city of Baltimore,
stating the object of the meeting to be the con-
sideration of the question of the acceptance of this
act, and if accepted to take effect immediately
thereafter.

A SUPPLEMENT to an act entitled, an act to
incorporate the Baltimore, Hall Springs and
Harford Passenger Railway Company, passed at
the January session eighteen hundred and. sixty-
four, chapter three hundred and eighty-three.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the time of commencing
the Baltimore, Hall Springs and Harford Passen-
ger Railway, be and the same is hereby extended
two years from the passage of this act, and to be
completed within four years to a point at least
four miles distant from the city of Baltimore.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the
Baltimore, Hall Springs and Harford Railway
Company be and are hereby authorized to run
cars on said road for the purpose of carrying
freight between the city of Baltimore and Bel-Air
in Harford county and intermediate places on said
road.
