Blind, in addition to the fund already accumulated
for that purpose, five thousand dollars ; for the
expense of advertising list of foreign Insurance
Agents, one hundred dollars; for the expense of
fuel and lights for Public Buildings and the Gov-
ernment Souse, three thousapd dollars ; for the
contingent fund of the Superintendent of Public
Instruction, one thousand dollars , for the erection
of water closets for use of the Treasury Depart-
ment, ope thousand dollars, to be expended under
the direction of the Treasurer and Comptroller,
for the salary of the State Vaccine Agent, six
hundred dollars ; to Richard King, State Military
Relief Agent for expenses incurred by him in
obtaining the soldiers' vote at the elections in
October and November, eighteen hundred and
sixty-four, two hundred and thirteen dollars and
thirty cents ; for the purchase of stationery for
the present session of the General Assembly, six
thousand five hundred dollars additional ; to the
night Watchmen of Public Buildings, one hun-
dred and eighty dollars each, three hundred and
sixty dollars ; to the person employed to take
charge of Public Buildings and grounds, ope hun-
dred and eighty dollars ; to the keeper of the
Steam House and Record Office furnace, one hun-
dred and eighty dollars, and to his assistant, one
hundred and eighty dollars ; for filing and record-
ing the Laws and Resolutions of the present ses-
sion, three hundred and fifty dollars ; for station-
ery for Departments, five hundred dollars ; to
Thomas E. Dell for two hundred and fifty copies
of the second volume of the Supplemental Code,
purchased by order of the General Assembly, one
thousand dollars; for binding the Laws, Journals
and Documents of the present session, two thou-
sand dollars ; for indexing the Laws, Journals
and Documents of the present session, eight hun-
dred dollars; to pay for the State's subscription
to Cohen & Lee's Digest of the Decisions of the
Court of Appeals of this State, three thousand
dollars ; to pay for the State's subscription to
J. J. Alexander's collection of English Statutes,
two thousand dollars ; to pay for the State's sub-
scription Mayer's Digest, twelve hundred and fifty
dollars ; to pay the members of the Legislature,
their oncers and attendants, (the yearly salaries
