Sec. 12. And be it further enacted, That the
charter granted by the Superior Court of Baltimore
city to the Baltimore Corn and Flour Exchange
under Articles of Associations, entered into on the
twenty-second day of May, eighteen hundred and
fifty-five, and duly recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the Superior Court of Baltimore city, and
all amendments thereto be and the same are hereby
repealed.

Repealed.

Sec. 13. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 84.

AN ACT to amend an Act passed March session,
eighteen hundred and sixty-two, chapter two
hundred and seventy three (273) entitled an
Act to incorporate the Elkridge Landing Bridge
Company.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the sixth section of an act
passed March session, eighteen hundred and sixty-
two, chapter two hundred and seventy-three, is
hereby amended and re-enacted, so as to read as
follows :

6. That if the said bridge shall not be com-
menced before the first day of March, eighteen
hundred and sixty-seven, and completed within
three years from the passage of this act, that then
and in that case all the privileges of said act shall
cease.
