CHAPTER 81.
AN ACT to authorize James A. Bond, adminis- trator of Thomas J. Hutchins, late Sheriff of Calvert County, to collect the fees due the said Hutchins as Sheriff as aforesaid.	Passed March 23, 1865.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That James A. Bond, administrator of Thomas J. Hutchins, late Sheriff of Calvert county, be and is hereby authorized and empower- ed to collect all fees and claims due the said Hutchins as Sheriff in the same manner and as	Authorized to collect fees and claims.
fully to all intents and purposes as the said Thomas J. Hutchins could have done'; provided, that it shall be the duty of the said James A. Bond before he proceeds to execute the property of any person or persons for fees or claims in virtue of this act, to deliver to such person or per- sons chargeable with the same, at least thirty days previous to the levying of such execution, a fair account in writing of the fees or claims demanded of him, her or them, and on affidavit thereto, annexed that he hath not directly or indirectly received any part thereof, or any security or satis- faction for the same, and that to the best of his knowledge and belief, the said Thomas J. Hutch- ins did not receive any part of the same, except such part, if any, is credited.	Proviso.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the date of its'passage. CHAPTER 82.	In force.
