Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer,
upon the warrant of the Comptroller, shall pay to

the sum of eleven dollars; to William Thomas'
Randle, "witness," the sum of ten dollars; to
John Sedecom, "witness," the sum of eleven dol-
lars; to M. K. Wartman, "witness," the sum of
ten dollars; to Lawrence S. Gourde, "witness,"
the sum of .eleven dollars; to Henry Smith, "wit-
ness," the sum of thirteen dollars; to R. H.
Evans, "witness," the sum of eleven dollars; to

to E. C. Philips, "witness," the sum of one dol-
lar and fifty cents; to Wilson Lewis, "witness,"
the sum of three dollars and fifty cents; to Wes-
