Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That William A.
Wisong, Samuel Maccubbin, James S. Filter,
Robert T. Smith, William L. Garritte, Fanny
Turnbull, Henrietta T. Norris, Ann P. Dukehart,
Anna Boyd and Eliza E. Berry, constitute and
form a Board of Controllers to manage and con-
duct the business matter of the said corporation,
in conformity with the laws, rules and regulations
that may from time to time be adopted for the
government of the same, with full power for said
Controllers to fill all vacancies that may occur
among its members by death, removal, resigna-
tion or otherwise.

Sec. 5. And be it enacted, That it shall, and
may be lawful at any time for the General Assem-
bly to demand a statement of the property, real
and personal, belonging to the said corporation,
and of the debts due to and from the said corpora-
tion, and the purpose for which disbursements
shall have been made, and also have the right to
authorize one or more persons to inspect such
general accounts in the books of the corporation
as shall relate to such statements.

Sec. 6. And be it enacted, That the funds and
estate of the said corporation, shall not at any
time be diverted from the purpose contemplated
by its formation, without the permission of the
General Assembly of Maryland.

shall endure for the period of ninety years from its
passage.
