and that the said proceedings and plot shall be re-
turned to the office of the county commissioners of
said county where the same shall be subject to ob-
jection one month, at the expiration of which time,
if approved by the said county commissioners, the
same shall be recorded among the records of said
county by the clerk of the Circuit court.

CHAP. 99.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the necessary
expenses incurred in the execution of this act shall
be in the discretion of said county commissioners
paid by a levy upon the assessable property of said
town, at the next regular county levy.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of approval of the said pro-
ceedings by the said county commissioners.

AN ACT to amend sections ninety-one and one
hundred and twenty-four of article ten of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Dorchester county,
relating to the division of election districts in
said county, and apportioning the number of Jus-
tices of the Peace and Constables in said election
districts.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That sections ninety-one and one
hundred and twenty-four of article ten of the Code
of Public Local Laws for Dorchester county are
hereby repealed, and the following sections enacted
as a substitute therefor:

SEC. 2. Dorchester county is divided into thir-
teen election districts according to their present
bounds and limits, in each of which election districts
all elections for public officers shall be held at the
places now established by law.
