CHAP. 91.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasury of
of the State shall, upon the warrant of the Comp-
troller of the Treasury Department, disburse the
said sums of money, hereinbefore appropriated for
the objects and purposes specified, to or upon the
order of the person or persons, to whom the same
or any part thereof may be due.

take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 91.

AN ACT appropriating a sum of money for the
purpose of re-binding certain dockets and record
books of the late High Court of Chancery.
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the keeper of the Chancery Re-
cords be, and he is hereby authorised to have re-
bound certain dockets and record books of the late
High Court of Chancery of Maryland; provided, the
cost thereof does not exceed the sum of sixty dol-
lars.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Comptroller
on the order of the keeper of the chancery records,
is hereby directed to issue his warrant to the Trea-
surer for the payment of the said sum of sixty dol-
lars or so much thereof as may be necessary.
