CHAP, 87.
|
Howard county, made by the last will and testa-
ment of George Kerr, late of Baltimore county, de-
ceased, be and the same is hereby ratified and con-
firmed, and made valid and of due effect in law,
and the said Trustees, or a majority thereof, shall
have full power to receive and dispose of the sum
therein mentioned im such manner as may be neces-
sary to carry out the intentions of said last will and
testament.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 81.

AN ACT to repeal the forty-sixth section of Article
eighth of the Code of Public General Laws relating
to the collection of tax, fines and forfeitures in
Chesapeake City.
|
Repealed.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the forty-sixth section of Article
eighth of the Code of Public Local Laws, is hereby
repealed, and the following substituted therefor:

Manner of
collecting.
|
If any person shall refuse or neglect to pay his
taxes, fines or forfeitures, the said commissioners
may collect the same, in the same manner as other
taxes, fines and forfeitures are collected.

|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
