AN ACT to make valid the qualification of John
Merryman, as First Lieutenant of the Baltimore
County Horse Guards.
|
Qualification
valid.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the qualification of John Mer-
ryman as first lieutenant of the Baltimore County
Horse Guards, be and the same is hereby legalized
and declared to be as valid as if he had taken the
oath of office and qualified in the manner required
by the tenth section of the sixty-eighth article of
the Code of Public General Laws; and the acts of
said John Merryman as first lieutenant of said com-
pany are hereby declared to be legal and valid.
