AN ACT appropriating a sum of money to pay

E. S. Thomas, Edwin Street and Levin J. M.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer, upon the war-
rant of the Comptroller, is hereby authorized and
directed to pay to Samuel J. Pentz, owner of the
the Steamer "Pioneer, " four hundred dollars;
William H. Hamilton, fifty dollars; John Bird,
ten dollars; J. G. Bush, twenty dollars; James-
Cook, five dollars; William Lynch, thirty dollars;
John Bradshaw, fifty dollars; E. S. Thomas,
seventy-five dollars; Edwin Street, five dollars,
and Levin J. W. Broadwater, five dollars, for ser-
vices reader ed in informing members of the
Senate and House of Delegates of the convening of
the Legislature and transporting them to the city

AN ACT authorising and empowering the County
Commissioners of Anne Arundel and Prince
George's counties to levy a sum of money to pay
for the erection of a Bridge across the Patuxent
at Queen Anne.

of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
Anne Arundel and Prince George's counties be, and
they are hereby authorised and empowered to levy
