Maryland, That Francis Mattingly be and he is
hereby authorized and empowered to erect gates
upon a County road passing through his farm and
near his house to the Catholic Church, near Mount
Savage, Allegany county.

take effect from and after its passage.

AN ACT appropriating a sum of money for the
payment of Outerbridge Horsey, for services
rendered j as Commissioner to the State of Vir-
ginia.
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer be, and he is
hereby directed to pay upon the warrant of the
Comptroller, to Outerbridge Horsey, the sum of
three hundred and fifty dollars, for services ren-
dered and expenses incurred, as Commissioner to
Virginia, under a joint resolution passed May third,
eighteen hundred and sixty-one.
