CHAP. 30.

of Maryland, That the act to provide for disposing
of the State Tobacco Warehouses and for the
building of a new Tobacco Warehouse or Ware-
houses on deep water, passed on the sixth day of
March, eighteen hundred and sixty of the January
session of the General Assembly of Maryland, chap-
ter two hundred and twenty-five, be and the same
is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
go into effect from the day of its passage.

AN ACT to authorize the Vestry of Saint Peter's
Church, in the town of Salisbury, in Somerset
county, to take and hold a lot of land devised by
the last will and testament of William Henry
Dulaney.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the vestry of Saint Peter's
church, in the town of Salisbury, in Somerset
county, be and they are hereby authorized to take,
have, and hold in perpetual succession, a tract or
parcel of land in said county, not exceeding five
acres, devised by the last will and testament of
William Henry Dulaney to said vestry.
