CHAPTER 31.
AN ACT for the relief of Mathew Burton of Bal-
timore county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the deed made by Mary Burton,
to her husband, Mathew Burton, on the twenty-
eighth day of June, A. D. eighteen hundred and
fifty-one, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore county in Liber H. M. F., number five,
folio three hundred and forty-six, be and the same
is hereby declared valid and good to all intents
and purposes, as if it had been made to a trustee.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 32.

AN ACT to amend the sixteenth Article of the
Code of Public General Laws by adding thereto
the following section relating to injunctions.
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That in all cases pending on motion
to dissolve an injunction, the court may, at the in-
stance of either party, order testimony to be taken
before such person and upon such notice and in
such manner as the court in its discretion may direct,
to be used at the hearing of such motion.
