AN ACT appropriating a sum of money to pay
Allen G. Quynn, a sum of money for articles fur-
nished troops protecting Frederick Barracks un-
der the order of the Governor.

SECTION. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer of the State of
Maryland, upon the warrant of the Comptroller,
pay to Allen G. Quynn, the sum of thirty-eight dol-
lars for articles furnished the troops protecting Fred-
erick Barracks under order of the Governor.

AN ACT for the relief of the Baltimore and Liber-
ty Turnpike Company.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the subscriptions to the capital
stock of the Baltimore and Liberty Turnpike Com-
pany received by any one or two of said company,
shall be as valid and legal, as if the same had been
received by three of said company.
