third Article of the Code of Public General Laws a section
providing for the prevention and suspension of proceedings
upon bonds heretofore given, under the laws of this State, for
the return of such arms.
80. An act to authorise the Commissioners of Allegany
county to pay George L. Layman for certain services render-
ed, as Constable.
81. An act to change the place of holding electious in the
Sixth Election District of Prince George's county.
82. An act appropriating a sum of money, therein named,
to pay Charles S. Middleton, clerk, of the Circuit Court for
Prince George's county, for fees in certain State cases.
83. An act to amend the ninety-third article, section two
hundred and and fifty-three of the Code of Public G.eneral
Laws, relating to the bonds of Registers of Wills.
84. A supplement to an Act entitled, an act to incorporate
the Baltimore, Catonsville and Ellicott's Mills Passenger
Railway Company passed at January session, 1860, chap. 34.
85. An act to authori/e the Council of Mount Zion Church
in Washington county, to dispose of certain real estate.
86. An act to make valid and to carry into effect the be-
quest contained in the last will and testament of George
Kerr, late of Baltimore county, deceased, in favor of the
Trustees of the first Presbyterian Church of Ellicott's Mills,
in Howard county.
87. An act to repeal the forty-sixth section of Article eighth
of the Code of Public General Laws relating to the collection
of tax, fines and forfieitures in Chesapeake City.
88. An act appropriating a sum of money for the payment
of the claims of Thomas J. Brice, executor of Ann. Brice,
Owen M. Taylor, Caleb Stewart, Thomas Gardner and John
H. Thompson.
89. An act to provide for the payment of a sum of money
to Captain Gabriel Beckley of the United Guards, of Freder-
ick county, for services rendered under the orders of the Gov-
ernor.
90. An act making appropriations for the payment of the
expenses of the extra session of the General Assembly of
Maryland, for the year 1861.
