91. An act appropriating a sum of money for the purpose
of re-binding certain dockets and record books of the late
High Court of Chancery.

92. An act to pay a certain sum of money to Thomas K.
Robson, for advertising Division Brigade and Regimental or-
ders in the "Easton Star."

93. An act to change the name of the Farmers and Mer-
chants Steamboat Company of Nanticoke river to the Indi-
vidual Enterprise Company.

94. An act to repeal sections eight hundred and eighty and
eight hundred and eighty-one, of the fourth Article of the
Code of Public Local Laws, relating to the collection of taxes
and the limitation of time therefor and to substitute for said
sections the two following sections extending the time of such
limitations.

95. An act to ratify the proceedings of the Circuit Court
for Allegany county as a Court of Equity, appointing Wm.
Walsh, trustee, to complete collection of State and county
taxes for the years eighteen hundred and sixty and eighteen
hundred and sixty-one, and perform the other duties of col-
lector in place of John Callan, late collector, deceased.

96. An act to repeal the eight hundred and ninetieth
section of the fourth article of the Code of Public Local Laws,
given certain powers to single Justices of the Peace in the
city of Baltimore in relation to landlords and tenants, and to
substitute therefor a section increasing the power of such
Justices in the premises.

97. An act to amend the seventy-fifth article of the
Code of Public General Laws relating to Pleadings, Practice
and Proofs by adding a section thereto, to authorize the re--
moval of Equity causes in the Superior Court for Baltimore
city, and in the Circuit Court for Baltimore city, from one to
the other of those courts.

98. An act to amend the Code of Public Local Laws,
article nineteenth, section one hundred and thirty-six, rela-
ting to the boundaries of the town of Princess Anne, in Som-
erset county, byrepealing said section, one hundred and thir-
ty-six, and inserting in lieu thereof the following.

99. An act to amend sections ninety-one and one hun--
dred and twenty-four of article ten of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Dorchester county, relating to the division of
election districts in said county, and apportioning the number
