10 TITLES OF THE LAWS.

71. An act to make valid the acknowledgment of a Deed
of Leasehold Ground in Baltimore city from Louis Barie to
Louisa Delachave Marchand, and to admit the same to record.

72. An act to make valid the qualification of Tench Tilgh-
man, as Major General of the second Division of Maryland
Militia.

73. An act to amend the fifty-seventh Article of the Code
of Public General Laws, by repealing the first section there-
of, and re-enacting the same with an alteration touching the
limitation of certain actions for wrongs affecting the personal
rights of the citizen.

74. An act to divide the western poll of District No. two
in Frederick county, into two polls.

75. An act to amend the fourth Article of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, by adding thereto the following sections, au-
thorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to in-
crease the public debt of said city, and repealing section eight
hundred and seventy-one of said Article,

76. An act to authorize the affidavit required of Mortga-
gees before sale, by Article four, section seven hundred and
eighty-three of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore city, to
be made before the persons herein mentioned.

77. An act to amend the tenth Article of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, by adding thereto the following sections
relating to attachments against non-residents of the State
and parties absconding therefrom, in certain actions for
wrongs affecting the personal rights of the citizen.

78. An act to repeal section two hundred and twenty-sis
of Article two of the Public Local Laws, relating to weights
and measures so far as said law applies to the counties of
Frederick, Washington, Allegany, Anne Arundel, Carroll
and Montgomery.

79. An act to repeal the forty-first, forty-second, forty-
third, forty-sixth, forty-seventh, forty-eighth and one hundred
and twelfth sections of the sixty-third Article, and the fifth
section of the eighth Article of the Code of Public General
Laws, and the seven hundred and forty-first, seven hundred
and forty-second, and seven hundred and forty-third sections
of the fourth Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of this
State, in relation to the uniformed and ununiformed Militia
and Volunteer force in the several counties of this State, and
in the city of Baltimore, and the reclamation, custody, con-
trol and the redelivery of Arms heretofore delivered to the
