60. An act adding a new section to the Code of Public Lo-
cal Laws, relating to Judges of the Orphans' court for Mont-
gomery county.

61. An act authorizing the County Commissioners of Fred-
erick county, at their discretion, to purchase of Thomas H.
O'Neal, for the use of said county, all the field notes, plats,
Surveyor's Books, &c., now in his possession.

62. An act to amend the eighty-eighth section of Article
seventh of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to Carroll
county, by adding thereto the following.

63. An act to legalize and make valid the acts, doings and
proceedings of the Burgess and Commissioners of Uniontown,
in Carroll county.

64. An act to authorize the County Commissioners for
Frederick county to build a new Court House for Frederick
county, to borrow money on the credit of the county, to issue
bonds lor the payment of the same and to levy taxes on the
assessable property of the county to redeem said bonds and to
pay the interest thereon.

65. An act appropriating a sum of money toj the Trustees
of Chippewa Tribe, Number nineteen, Improved Order of
Red Men.

66. An act making appropriations for the payment of the?
expenses of the extra-session of the General Assembly of
Maryland.

67. An act to explain Article thirty-eight, section twenty-
five of the Maryland Code of Public General Laws, relating
to fees of officers.

68. An act to authorize and empower Mary Anna Biggs, a
minor of the State of Delaware to divide certain real estate
and to convey by good and sufficient deed or deeds, such part
thereof, as may be necessary to complete such dividend, and
to aceept and hold her proportion thereof in severalty, as
though she were of full age.

69. An act to amend the seventy-fifth Article of the Code
of Public General Laws concerning Pleadings, Practice and
Process, by adding thereto the following sections relating to
the service of civil process.

70. An act to amend the twenty-ninth Article of the Code
of Public General Laws, by adding thereto a section extend-
ing the lien of judgments to leasehold interests in lands.
