SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the 1st day of May, in the year 1910.

CHAPTER 91.
AN ACT to provide for the codification of all the Local Laws
enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland relating to
and affecting Montgomery county, Maryland, and authoriz-
ing the County Commissioners of Montgomery county to
levy a sum to pay for the same.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Robert B. Peter, Esquire, of Montgomery county, is
hereby authorized to codify all local laws enacted by the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland relating to and affecting Mont-
gomery county, including such as may be passed by the Gen
eral Assembly of 1910; upon completion of his work and the
filing of a typewritten copy thereof with the County Commis-
sioners of Montgomery county, the said County Commission-
ers are hereby authorized to present the same to a member of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1912 for proper enact-
ment.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That at the levy term next suc-
ceeding the passage of this Act the County Commissioners of
said county are hereby authorized and directed to levy the sum
of three -hundred and fifty dollars and to pay the same over to
the said Robert B. Peter, Esquire, upon his filing with them
and their acceptances of his said codification.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 282.
AN ACT to repeal Section five of the Act entitled An Act to
authorize and empower the County Commissioners of Mont-
gomery county to fund certain indebtedness of the Board of
County School Commissioners of Montgomery county, by is-
suing bonds therefor, and to levy a tax for the payment of
the same, passed at the session of the General Assembly of
Maryland of eighteen hundred and eighty-two, Chapter
thirty-eight, and to re-enact the same with amendments, the
same being designed to permit the County Commissioners of
