tions 93, 116c, 116G and 116I, as repealed and re-enacted by
Chapter G59 of the Acts of 1908, be and the same are hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as fol-
lows:

91. The citizens of the Town of La Plata, in Charles County,
are hereby created a body corporate by the name of Town Com-
missioners of La Plata, with all the powers and privileges of a
body politic and corporate and by said corporate name may
have perpetual succession, may sue and be sued and may have
and use a common seal.

92. The corporate limits of said town shall be as follows:
Beginning at a stone fixed in the earth on the south side of the
main road leading through said town of La Plata from Bryan-
town to Port Tobacco, which point of beginning is south sev
enty-eight and one-half (78 1/2) degrees, west eight hundred and
ninety-eight (898) feet from the south meridian stone in the
Court House yard, and running thence south five and one-half
(5 1/2) degrees east, continuing and extending with the dividing
line between the lands of William F. Maurice and L. Allison
Wilmer fifteen hundred and thirty-eight (1,538) feet to a set
stone; then south eighty-eight (88) degrees east twenty-five
hundred and ninety-five (2,595) feet to a set stone; then north
twenty-nine and one-fourth (29 1/4) degrees east twenty-five
hundred and thirty (2530) feet to a set stone on the north side
of the aforementioned main road; then north twenty-two and
one-half (22 1/2) degrees west nineteen hundred and forty-seven
(1,947) feet to a set stone near Duffield's house; then north
eighty-three and one-half (83 1/2) degrees west seventeen hun-
dred and eighty-two (1,782) feet to a set stone; then south
forty-four and three-fourths (44 3/4) degrees west twenty-one
hundred and twelve (2112) feet to a set stone; then south five
and one-half (5 1/2) degrees east eleven hundred and fifty-five
(1155) feet to the beginning, containing two hundred and
ninety-seven (297) acres of land, more or less.

93. The male citizens of said town of La Plata of twenty-
one years of age or over, who have resided in said town six
months or over preceding any town election, who have never
been convicted of 'any infamous crime under the laws of the
State of Maryland, and who shall come within any one of the
three following classes of male citizens, that is to say: (1) All
taxpayers of the town of La Plata, assessed on the tax books
of Charles County for five hundred dollars' worth of property,
located within the corporate limits of said town of La Plata.
(2) All duly naturalized male citizens and the male descend-
ants of duly naturalized citizens who have reached the age of
twenty-one years. (3) All citizens who prior to January the
