CHAPTER 720.

N ACT to repeal Sections 91 to 116, inclusive, of Chapter
518 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at the January Session of 1900, entitled, An Act to repeal
Sections 91 to 116, inclusive, of Article 9 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, entitled "Charles County,"
sub-title "La Plata," and'Chapter 486 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Ses-
sion of 1894, entitled An Act to repeal Sections 91, 96 and
105 of the Code of Public Local Laws of the State of Mary-
land, entitled "Charles County," sub-title "La Plata," and
to repeal Sections 92 and 102 of the aforesaid Article as re-
pealed and re-enacted by Chapter 629 of the Acts of 1902,
and Sections 116A, 116B, 116E, 116F and 116H, as enacted
and added to said Article 9 of the Public Local Laws of said
Charles County by Chapter 629 of the Acts of 1902; and to
repeal Section 116D of said Article, as repealed and re-en-
acted by Chapter 403 of the Acts of 1904; and to repeal Sec-
tions 93, 116c, 116G and 116i, as repealed and re-enacted by
Chapter 659 of the Acts of 1908, and to enact the following
in lieu thereof and to be known as Section 91 to 116H, in-
clusive, of Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, entitled "Charles County," sub-title "La Plata."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 91 to 116, inclusive, of Chapter 518 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the
January Session of 1900, entitled, An Act to repeal Sections 91
to 116, inclusive, of Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, entitled "Charles County," sub-title "La Plata,"
and Chapter 486 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary
land passed at the January Session of 1894, entitled An Act
to repeal Sections 91, 96 and 105 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of the State of Maryland, entitled "Charles County," sub-
title "La Plata,'' and to repeal Sections 92 and 102 of the afore-
said Article as repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 629 of the
Acts of 1902, and Sections 116A, 116B, 116E, 116F and 116H.
as enacted and added to said Article 9 of the Public Local Laws
