for operating, improving and managing said electric light
plant, and to regulate the charges to be made for furnishing
light to persons, firms and corporations using the same.
SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That for the purpose of meeting
each set of bonds as each series shall severally fall due, the
President and Commissioners of the town of Elkton are here-
by authorized and directed each year until said bonds are
fully paid, to levy a sum sufficient to pay the annual interest
on said bonds, and annually five hundred dollars, or so much
thereof as may be necessary to meet each series of the water
company bonds, as they shall become due and payable, and five
hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to
meet each series of the electric light bonds, as they shall be-
come due anl payable; which money, so levied annually, shall
be deposited at interest in one of the national banks of Elk-
ton, Cecil county, which will pay the highest rate of interest
for the same, in a fund to be known as the "Sinking Fund
Bonds, 1910," which fund shall not, under any circumstances,
be impaired, and shall only be used for redemption of each
series of said bond issue as the same shall become due and
payable.

CHAPTER 150.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 106c
of Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Cecil County," sub-title "County Commissioners," as
enacted by Chapter 625 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1908.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 106c of Article 8 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County," sub-title "Coun-
ty Commissioners," be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:
SEC. 106c. The County Commissioners of Cecil County
shall each receive an annual salary of six hundred dollars in
lieu of all other compensation, per diem or mileage, said sal-
ary to commence and continue on and after the expiration
of the term of office for which each member of the present
Board of County Commissioners of Cecil County was elected.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
