part of said almshouse farm, as provided in Section 10B hereof,
the course and manner of their proceedings shall be as follows:
They shall first cause the part of said farm determined to be

least two newspapers printed and published in Caroline County
of the time, place, manner and terms of said sale, which said
terms shall be for cash, or part cash and part credit, in the dis-

good and sufficient deed, convey the same to the purchaser or
purchasers thereof.

10D. That, should said land be sold as hereinbefore pro-
vided, the proceeds arising from said sale and notes for the
deferred payments, if any, shall be paid and drawn to the
County Commissioners of Caroline County, the notes to bear
interest from the day of sale and to be secured to the satis-
faction of said Commissioners, and the money thus received,
and as the same is received, shall be by said Commissioners
paid over to the Treasurer of the Trustees of the Poor of Caro--
line County, to be applied by them to the payment of the indebt-

permanent improvement of the almshouse farm and equipping
the same with the necessary stock and implements for the
proper conduct and management thereof.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take

Approved April 11, 1910.
