demand, enforce and receive reimbursement from the Balti-
more and Ohio Railroad Company to the full extent of any
compensation it may make or damages it may pay in the
premises.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 593.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 13
of Article 4, entitled "City of Baltimore," of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 13 of Article 4, entitled "City of Baltimore,"
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, be and the
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as
to read as follows:
13. Nothing contained in this Article shall prevent the
Mayor" and City Council of Baltimore from in any manner
disposing of any building or parcel of land no longer needed
for public use, provided that such disposition shall be author-
ized and provided for by ordinance, and shall be approved by
the Finance Commissioners by their unity in the conveyance
thereof, and if by sale shall be made at public sale, nor to the
renting for fixed and limited terms of any of its property not
needed for public purposes on approval of the Commissioners
of Finance.

CHAPTER 567.
AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more to re-convey to David H. Carroll a part of such portion
of Remington avenue, in the City of Baltimore, as was con-
veyed by said David H. Carroll to said Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore.
Whereas, By deed dated the 2d day of May, in the year 1903,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber R. O. No. 2017, folio 259, David H. Carroll did grant
and convey to the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in fee
simple, with other property, a part of the bed of Remington
avenue, in said City of Baltimore; and,
