commission were ,a corporation named in the several sections
of said laws.
SEC. 368M. And upon the completion by "The Good Roads
Commission of Baltimore County" of the work contemplated
by this Act, and the expenditure of the aforesaid sum of one
million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000), and the
surrender to the Highways Commission of Baltimore County
of all of its books, records and data, the said commission shall
cease to exist.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted., That all other Acts or
parts of Acts, laws or parts of laws, inconsistent with the
provisions of this Act, be and the same are hereby repealed to
the extent only of such inconsistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage; provided that in all cases
where proceedings have been or shall be begun for the opening
or improvement of roads, building of bridges or the like,
before the adoption of the Good Roads Loan by the qualified
voters of Baltimore County, should the same be adopted, shall
be concluded under the provisions of the now existing laws,
and not under the provisions of this Act.

CHAPTER 665.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 593 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed January Session, 1908, enti-
tled "An Act to authorize and direct the County Commis-
sioners of Baltimore County to make a special levy of ten
cents on the one hundred dollars ($ 100) on the whole
assessable property of the Fifteenth District of Baltimore
County for the purpose of macadamizing the roads of said
district."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 593 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, passed at the January Session, 1908, be and the
same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
