in favor of John H. Donahue, Mine Inspector, for the cost of
printing his official blanks and for his other necessary expenses
in connection with testing the accuracy of the scales at the
several mines, expenses which the Mine Inspector is required
to incur by provisions of Sections 197, 202 and 209N of said
Chapter 124 of the Acts of 1902, and provided for by said Act,
but for which no appropriation is made.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 374.
AN ACT appropriating the sum of two thousand dollars to
the Board of Trustees of the Fifth Regiment Armory for
the maintenance and protection of the armory building
during the fiscal year ending September thirtieth, nineteen
hundred and eleven.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sum of two thousand dollars be and the same is
hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury of the
State of Maryland not otherwise appropriated, to the Board of
Trustees of the Fifth Regiment Armory, to be expended by
direction of said board in the maintenance, care and protection
of the armory building during the fiscal year ending on the
thirtieth day of September, nineteen hundred and eleven, and
the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to issue his warrant upon the Treasury for such
amounts and payable to such person or persons, including
therein the treasurer of said board, as the said Board of Trus-
tees may from time to time require, and direct in writing for
the purposes aforesaid; but not exceeding, however, the said
sum of two thousand dollars.
SEC 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from and after the first day of October, nineteen hundred and
ten.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money toward the Forest
Reserve Fund for the use and maintenance of "The Maryland
State Board of Forestry," and for the care and extension
of the State Forest Reserve.
