432 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly o/ Mary-
land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and is hereby
authorized and directed to issue his warrant upon the Treas-
urer of the State for the sum of five thousand and five hun-
dred dollars, payable to the order of the Treasurer of the
State Board of Education out of any moneys in the State
Treasury not otherwise appropriated; and the said State Board
of Education is empowered and directed to expend same for
extraordinary and unusual repairs to the Maryland State
Normal School Building, as heretofore indicated, and for no
other purpose.

Approved April 13, 1910.

CHAPTER 372.

AN ACT to render effective an appropriation of $400, intended
to be made by Chapter 614, Acts of 1904, for the travel and
expenses of the State Game Warden for the year 1905-1906.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sum of four hundred dollars be and the same
is hereby appropriated to pay the appropriation intended to be
made by Chapter 614 of the Acts of 1904, approved April 12,
1904, for the travel and expenses of the State Game Warden
from April 1st, 1905, to April 1st, 1906, vouchers for same
having been filed with the Comptroller, but which failed to
become effective by reason of its erroneous insertion in the
appropriation bill for 1904 and 1905. This bill has the ap-
proval of the Comptroller.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
Approved April 7, 1910.

CHAPTER 373.

AN ACT making appropriation for printing the annual re-
ports and official blanks of the Mine Inspector and for his
other necessary expenses required by Chapter 124 of the Acts
of 1902.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to draw his warrants on the Treasurer for six hundred
and four dollars and sixty cents in favor of the Evening Times
of Cumberland, Maryland, in payment of the cost of printing
one thousand copies of the annual report of the Mine Inspector
to the first day of May, 1909, and one thousand copies of his
report to the first day of May, 1910; and for ninety-five dollars
