95. To the Maryland Workshop for the Blind, the sum of ten
thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1911, and the like sum of
ten thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1912.

96. To Saint Martin's Day Nursery, the sum of five hundred
dollars for the fiscal year 1911, and the like sum of five hundred
dollars for the fiscal year 1912.

97. To the Lady Visitors of the Confederate Soldiers' Home
at Pikesville, Maryland, the sum of five hundred dollars for
the fiscal year 1911, and the like sum of five hundred dollars
for the fiscal year 1912.

98. To the Somerset Hospital, Marion, Maryland, the sum
of one thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1911, and the like
sum of one thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1912.

100. To the Day Nursery of Hagerstown, Maryland, the
sum of five hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1911, and the
like sum of five hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1912.

101. To the Havre de Grace Hospital, the sum of fifteen
hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1911, and the like sum of
fifteen hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1912.

102. To the Committee appointed for the Patapsco Academy
by Chapter 261 of the Acts of 1908, the sum of five hundred
dollars for the fiscal year 1911, to 'be used by the said Com-
mittee in the repair and improvement of the building and
grounds of the Patapsco Academy, located at Shipley Station,
in Anne Arundel County; and the further sum of two hundred
and fifty dollars for the fiscal year 1911, and the like sum of
two hundred and fifty dollars for the fiscal year 1912, to be
used by them in establishment of a course of lectures on
agriculture and its kindred subjects and for hall rent and
other expenses thereto.

103. To the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore for main-
tenance and operation of the ice-boat Annapolis, the sum of
five thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1911, and the like sum
of five thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1912.

104. To the State Roads Commission, the sum of fifty thou-
sand dollars for the fiscal year 1911, and the like sum of fifty
thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1912; said moneys to be
used in the construction of State Road No. 1; provided that
the said State Roads Commission shall begin the construction
of said State Road No. 1 at Beltsville and at Elkridge, and
the grade through Elkridge shall not be less than the greatest
grade now constructed upon said Road No. 1.
