87. To the Universal Progressive School for Destitute Col-
ored Children, the sum of five hundred dollars for the fiscal
year 1911, and the like sum of five hundred dollars for the
fiscal year 1912.

88. To the McDonogh Institute, La Plata, Maryland, the
sum of four thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1911, and the
like sum of four thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1912.

89. To the Maryland Collegiate Institute, Union Bridge,
Maryland, the sum of one thousand dollars for the fiscal year

1911. and the like sum of one thousand dollars for the fiscal
year 1912.

90. To the Maryland Agricultural College, the sum of six-
teen thousand dollars for maintenance for the fiscal year 1911,
and the like sum of sixteen thousand dollars for maintenance
for the fiscal year 1912, and for the Experiment Station, the
sum of five thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1911, and the
like sum of five thousand dollars for the Experiment Station
for the fiscal year 1912; for deficiency interest, the sum of
two thousand three hundred and eighteen dollars and eighty-
six cents for the fiscal year 1911, and the like sum for deficiency
interest of two thousand three hundred and eighteen dollars
and eighty-six cents for the fiscal year 1912; for equipment of
new Engineering Station, the sum of ten thousand dollars for
the fiscal year 1911; for deficiency in heating plant, the sum
of sixteen hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1911.

ten thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1911, and for main-
tenance, the like sum of ten thousand dollars for the fiscal year
