State Roads Commission, the said Commission may within
thirty days after the final judgment or verdict of condemnation
shall have been entered, reject the same and then shall pro-
ceed by way of purchase or condemnation, or both, to acquire
any and all necessary approaches for a bridge across the Sus-
quehanna River and at such point in the vicinity of the said
Conowingo Bridge as may seem best for the public advantage
in judgment of said Commission, and the said Commission to
proceed after acquiring the necessary approaches and other
property rights to erect a new bridge at that point out of the
money available for any purpose under this Section; provided,
however, that should the purchase or condemnation of said
bridge, or the building of a new bridge in lieu thereof aggregate
more than sixty-five thousand dollars, then such amount as
shall exceed said sum of sixty-five thousand dollars shall be
contributed equally by the counties of Harford and Cecil.

SEC. 32q. The State Roads Commission is hereby authorized
and directed to build, construct and maintain, an iron, steel or
concrete bridge across the Nanticoke River at the town of
Sharptown, to connect the State roads as laid out for Dor-
chester County, and the State roads as laid out for Wicomico
County, and the State Roads System for the several Eastern
Shore Counties of the State.

SEC. 32R. The State Roads Commission is authorized and
directed to construct a highway to be known as the Annapolis
and Baltimore Boulevard, between the cities of Annapolis and
Baltimore, the route of which shall be as follows: Starting
from the foot of King George Street, in the City of Annapolis;
thence across the bridge spanning College Creek to and over
the county bridge which connects the south and north banks
of the Severn River, and thence in a northwesterly direction
and following the county road known as the Annapolis Road,
passing through the Third Election District of Anne Arundel
County to or near Boon Station, on the Baltimore and An-
napolis Short Line Railway (now known as the Maryland Elec-
tric Railway) with the power to the State Roads Commission
to make such changes in the line of the said Annapolis Road for
the purpose of eliminating curves, railroad crossings, or
bridges; and thence from the point at or near Boon Station
aforesaid along the county roads, or such other roads or route
as are now established or which the State Roads Commission
may determine to establish, to or near Glen Burnie, in the
Fifth District of Anne Arundel County, and located upon the
railroad aforesaid, and thence leaving Glen Burnie or near
Glen Burnie, and running along the county roads or such
other roads or route as now established or which the State
Roads Commission may determine to establish, northwesterly
