252 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Eighth, Ninth, Twenty-fifth, Eleventh, Twelfth, Fifteenth,
Eighteenth and Nineteenth Election Districts of said County.
Anne Arundel County shall be divided into three assessment
districts; the first shall be the territory within the corporate
limits of Annapolis; the second shall be composed of the First,
Second and Eighth Election Districts, as now laid out, and
the third shall be composed of the Third, Fourth and Fifth
Election Districts as now laid out. Baltimore County shall
be divided in ten assessment districts; the first shall be com-
prised of the First Election District; the second shall be com-
prised of the Second and Fourth Election Districts; the third
shall be comprised of the Fifth and Sixth and Seventh Elec-
tion Districts; the fourth shall be comprised of the Eighth,
Tenth and Eleventh Election Districts; the fifth shall be com-
prised of the Third Election District; the sixth shall be com-
prised of the Ninth Election District; the seventh shall be
comprised of the Twelfth Election District; the eighth shall
be comprised of the Fourteenth Election District; the ninth
shall be comprised of the Fifteenth Election District, and
the tenth shall be comprised of the Thirteenth Election Dis-
trict of said county. Calvert County shall constitute one as-
sessment district. Carroll County shall be divided into four
assessment districts; the first shall be composed of the First,
Second, Tenth and Twelfth Election Districts; the second
shall be composed of the Third, Seventh and Eleventh Dis-
tricts; the third shall be composed of the Fourth, Sixth and
Eighth Election Districts; the fourth shall be composed of
the Fifth, Ninth and Thirteenth Election Districts of said
county. Caroline County constitute one assessment district.
Cecil shall constitute one assessment district. Charles County
shall constitute one assessment district. Dorchester County
shall be divided into five assessment districts; the first dis-
trict shall be composed of Election Districts Nos. One, Two,
Twelve and Fifteen; the second district shall be composed of
Election Districts Nos. Three, Eleven, Fourteen and Seven-
teen, and the third district shall be composed of Election Dis-
tricts Nos. Seven, Eight and Thirteen; the fourth district
-shall be composed of Election Districts Nos. Four, Nine and
Sixteen, and the fifth district shall be composed of Election
Districts Five, Six and Ten. Frederick County shall be di-
vided into eight assessment districts; the first district shall
be composed of Election District No. Two; the second district
shall be composed of Election Districts Nos. Three and Twelve;
the third district shall be composed of Election Districts Nos.
One, Seven and Fourteen; the fourth district shall be com-
posed of Election Districts Nos. Eight, Nine and Eighteen;
the fifth district shall be composed of Election Districts Nos.
