Eleven, Seventeen and Nineteen; the sixth district shall be
'Composed of Election Districts Nos. Four, Five and Fifteen;
the seventh district shall be composed of Election Districts
Nos. Thirteen, Twenty and Twenty-one; and the eighth dis-
trict shall be composed of Election Districts Nos. Six, Ten
and Sixteen of said county. Garrett, Howard and Kent Coun-
ties shall, respectively, constitute one assessment district each.
Harford County for the purpose of re-valuation and re-assess-
ment be made into two (2) assessable districts to be known as
"Assessable District Number One (1) and Assessable District
Number Two (2)"; said assessable District Number One (1)
to consist of Election Districts Number One (1), Three (3)
and Four (4), and said Assessable District Number Two (2),
to consist of Election Districts Number Two (2), Five (5)
and Six (6). Montgomery County shall be divided into three
assessment districts; the first district shall be composed of
the First, Fifth, Eighth and Thirteenth Election Districts;
the second shall be composed of the Fourth, Sixth, Seventh
and Tenth Election Districts; the third district shall be com-
posed of the Second, Third, Ninth, Eleventh and Twelfth Elec-
tion Districts of said county. Prince George's County shall
be divided into seven assessment districts; the first district
shall be composed of the Seventeenth Election District; the
second district shall include the Second and Sixteenth Elec-
tion Districts; the third district shall include the First, the
Tenth and the Fourteenth Election Districts; the fourth dis-
trict shall include the Third, the Sixth and the Fifteenth
Election Districts; the fifth district shall include the Fourth,
the Eighth and the Eleventh Election Districts; the sixth
district shall include the Fifth, the Ninth and the Twelfth
Election Districts; and the seventh district shall include the
Seventh Election District and the Thirteenth Election Dis
trict as it was constituted January 1st, 1910. Queen Anne's
and Somerset Counties shall, respectively, constitute one as-
sessment district each. St. Mary's County shall be divided
into two assessment districts; the first district shall be com-
posed of the First, Second, Sixth, Eighth and Ninth Election
Districts; and the second district shall be composed of the
Third, Fourth, Fifth and Seventh Election Districts of said
county. Talbot County shall constitute one assessment dis-
trict. Washington County shall be divided into nine assess-
ment districts; the first district shall be composed of the
Fourth, Fifth and Fifteenth Election Districts; the second
shall be composed of the Second, Thirteenth and Twenty-third
Election Districts; the third shall be composed of the Third
and Twenty-first Election Districts; the fourth shall be com-
posed of the Seventeenth and Twenty-second Election Dis-
